This is not a nice article but the NL Times reported on November 19, 2025 about a new direction for Exit International and Coöperatie Laatste Wil (CLW). Both of these organizations are part of the euthanasia lobby.

The NL Times article explained that the new suicide technique, called the 'Kairos Killar' (KK), works by two inflatable balloons pressing against the ... in the neck, causing the wearer to lose consciousness and suffocate to death.

Philip Nitschke, who lost his Australian medical license based on complaints of professional misconduct and unprofessional conduct related to counselling and aiding suicide now lives in the Netherlands. Nitshcke is known for developing the Sarco suicide pod that was first used by Nitschke in September, 2024 in Switzerland. In the past, Nitschke also developed the Exit Bag.

Nitschke announced in the Exit International year-end blog article that prototypes for the KK have been developed and Nitschke is also developing the Double Sarco Pod.

KK is a similar concept to the new organ donation method known as Normothermic Regional Perfusion which violates the Dead Donor Rule. NRP is done by cutting off the blood flow to the brain, after the heart has stopped beating, then declaring the donor to be brain dead and then restarting the heart to ensure that the organs are healthy for donation.

The euthanasia lobby uses compassion, choice and autonomy as monikers but in reality they are focused on killing people. Nitschke and Exit International have developed killing techniques for the euthanasia lobby for many years including poison substances that they have sold and distributed on the internet.
