That is all part and parcel of the issue. Wettlaufer must not be singled out as a 'person with mental health issues' - she must be remembered as a euthanasia enthusiast and activist. She will doubtless be the inspiration (!) of other people to kill the most vulnerable, and there are no safeguards.
