Currently it is PSW's who do the majority of patient care including spoon feeding but PSW's are not allowed to provide medical treatment so what would happen? I cannot see nursing homes who are already understaffed and underfunded hiring enough nurses to spoon feed everyone needing it so I guess there will be a lot of starving people paying with their life for the choice of this selfish family.Lilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03675447539024187053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9216787076261944467.post-35182395066845082612013-12-13T11:50:53.161-05:002013-12-13T11:50:53.161-05:00This is just taking things a bit too far! What about babies for heaven's sake! Come on now spoon fed does not mean DEAD!! I had to spoon feed my mother sometimes because she was just too weak to do so, but by no means was she ready to die. My GOD, what next? Really? There are just far toooo many grey areas here.suzybhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17352740161333001863noreply@blogger.com
